刘成墉，男，法学专业博士；集美大学/海洋文化与法律学院/法律系/副教授；中国法学会商法学研究会/理事，珠海市法学会民商法研究会/理事，台湾地区人工智能法律国际研究基金会/兼职研究员；研究方向：商法学，内幕交易研究，金融科技、人工智能与法律之交叉研究。
一、求学经历
1996－2000：台北大学读本科，专业：法学，获学士学位。
2005－2009：铭传大学读研，专业：法学，获硕士学位。
2013－2016：清华大学读博，专业：商法学，获博士学位（清华大学优秀博士学位论文奖）。
二、工作经历
2008年5月—2009年8月：铭传大学企业暨金融法律研究中心专员
2010年8月—2013年6月：铭传大学法律学院民商法教师、院长助理
2013年7月：被评为讲师
2016年9月—2021年4月：北京理工大学珠海学院教师
2017年11月—2021年4月：担任中国消费者权益保护法研究院副院长（名誉院长：梁慧星教授）
2019年1月：被评为副教授
2021年5月至今：集美大学海洋文化与法律学院法律系教师
